Across the conservation community, there is nearly constant focus on how to drive more funding to on-the-ground investments in land protection and restoration. I am pleased to share the special edition of the journal IMPACT (published by the American Water Resources Association), focused entirely on conservation finance. Click here for the full PDF of the journal.

I was pleased to contribute the article about efforts in central Puget Sound to implement the Regional Open Space Conservation Plan, joining other excellent examples of the innovative ways watersheds are serving as the organizing principle for conservation action and how the money is following the watershed plan. Happy holiday reading!
